• Description of your advisory needs

During an engagement, clients may provide additional business and technology information as part of the assessment process. This is governed by our Master Services Agreement (MSA).

We use the information you provide to:

• Evaluate fit and respond to your inquiry
• Deliver the advisory services you engage us for
• Communicate about your engagement

We do not use your information for marketing, sell it to third parties, or process it through third-party AI systems.

Data Retention

Inquiry data: If we do not proceed to an engagement, your inquiry information is deleted within 90 days.

Engagement data: All client-provided materials and working files are securely deleted within 30 days of engagement close. We retain only the final assessment and anonymized process learnings. Clients receive confirmation of deletion.

Data Security

Client materials are transmitted and stored using encrypted channels. Access is limited to the principal advisor. We do not share client information with subcontractors or third parties unless explicitly agreed in the MSA.

This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not track your browsing behavior.
